You have 10 days from the date of delivery to claim for the return or exchange if :

The product is damaged.
The product is stained.
The product is defected.
The product is incomplete.
The product received does not match the size ordered.
The product received does not match the colour you ordered.
Order Cancellation:
You can cancel your placed order any time before your order is processed by ZEVOUR. Once your order is shipped, you will receive confirmation that contains tracking information via email and Whatsapp. Once a product is shipped, the ‘Return and Exchange Policy’ will apply. ZEVOUR holds the right to cancel orders for any reason.

Common reasons for cancellation of your order include:

The item is out of stock.
Pricing errors or credit card payment being declined by the issuing financial institution.

HOW TO FILE FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
To return or exchange a product please email us the order # with product name, original proof of purchase receipt and issue at customercare@zevour.com and our customer care agent will get in contact with you. Alternatively you can whatsapp us on (+92)-370-6207832

from Monday to Saturday between 09:00 am – 6:00 pm (Pakistan Standard Time). Further, to proceed with the case, your purchase should be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refund Policy
Unfortunately, we don’t offer any refunds. However, In the case where we won’t be able to offer an exchange or any solution we may offer a refund.
Any online payments received by ZEVOUR is in PKR, therefore, in case of refunds amount will be reversed/refunded in PKR.
Customer will be responsible for any changes in currency exchange rates.
In the case of REFUND shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
The minimum period for processing refund is 7-10 working days depending on the mode of payment.
